My dearest darling Shirley, wife, best friend and
soul mate.
Your golden slumbers
kiss your eyes,
smiles await you
when you rise,
hush little baby don't you cry and I will sing a lullaby today, tomorrow, forever.
We had the good times, we made the memories.

Funeral Service will
take place at
Swanbank Methodist Church, Burslem on Tuesday
21st August 2018,
at 1.30pm,
prior to cremation at
Carmountside Crematorium.
Relatives and friends wishing to attend the service are kindly invited to meet at the church.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired are preferred to British Heart Foundation in memory of Shirley.
No mourning attire is preferred please.
